Oreo Swiss Roll Cake Banjar
This no-bake Cookies and Cream Swiss Roll Cake is the ultimate treat with layers of sliced Swiss Rolls and a creamy Oreo cheesecake filling.

Can you even stand it with this Swiss Rolls Cake???? I’ve made it twice. Two weekends in a row! Holy mother. I just love a dessert that requires such little effort, but looks so epic when it’s done.
Item A:
- 4 egg yolks
- 70ml cooking oil
- 70ml full cream / UHT milk
- flour protein 70 gr
- half a teaspoon of vanilla essence
Item B:
- 4 white eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 40 gr of brown sugar
Coverage:
- 100g baking powder + 200ml ice water (you can use non-dairy milk cream) mix until smooth.
- 6 unsweetened oreos
How to do it:
- Heat the oven to 170-180 °C, turn it on and off
- Mix everything A, add the flour, mix well with a whisk, remove it
- Mix egg whites, lime juice, salt, orange frothy mixer, add sugar little by little while continuing to mix until
a soft mass forms.
- put the white mixture into the yellow mixture little by little, stir / fold with a spatula
- Pour into a 26x26 pan lined with parchment paper and butter
- beat to throw air in the dough
Bake at 170-180 °C for 25-30 minutes or until done. Change each oven
- after cooking, remove it from the pan, fill it and turn it over
- put in the refrigerator for 1 hour
