Recommended Recipe for Cah Kale Meatballs Langsa

Kale is one of Indonesia's favorite vegetables. Besides being able to be made into a variety of delicious dishes, kale is also easy to find, especially at the grocery or grow-your-own market. 

Among the many kale preparations, it seems that cah kangkung and sautéed kale are still at the top of many people's choices. In addition, this menu can include different types. 

As for the simple kangkong meatball recipe: 

 

Items: 

 

• 1 bunch of kale 
• 5 beef balls 
• 1 tomato 

 

Below are the tools: 

 

• 4 garlic cloves 
• 1 candle 
• 10 bird's eye chilies (just to taste) 

 

enough: 

 

• shrimp sauce 
• mushroom head 
• And salt 

 

How to cook: 

 

1. Pick the kale, wash it off...shower 
2. Divide the meatballs like this 
3. Heat cooking oil and saute uleg seasoning and tomatoes until fragrant, then add kale and meatballs, quickly add oyster sauce, saute mushrooms and a little salt.. pour enough hot water..sauté evenly.. taste. try..remove and serve 

 

Advice: 

When you cook kale, it doesn't take long for the kale leaves to darken in color and become less attractive. Use high heat as the kale leaves come in, stir briefly until the sauteed ingredients are nice and turn off the heat.
